Information about rules and regulation for Hostel facility.
>> The participants (Male) will be provided with dormitory type of accommodation, if available, on first-come–first-serve basis in the Academic Staff College Hostel which is located near the University Press, Half a kilometer from the University Main Gate. The participants are advised to take right-hand-side road as soon as they entered in to the University campus through the main gate.
>> The participants (Female) will be given dormitory type of accommodation in the Faculty House of the University. The Faculty House is located near the University Administrative Building (New). The participants are advised to take bus/autoriksha and get down at the last Bus stop in the University Campus.
>> The accommodation charges are Rs. 60/-(Rs. Sixty Only) for dormitory type of accommodation in the Academic Staff College Hostel and Faculty House and those who are interested in staying in the Teachers' Guest House, if available the accommodation charges are Rs.120/-. The participants (Female) will be given dormitory type of accommodation in the Faculty House of the University. The Faculty House is located near the University Administrative Building (New). The participants are advised to take bus/autoriksha and get down at the last Bus stop in the University Campus.
>> If any participant vacates the Hostel/Faculty House after three days or thereafter, he/she will have to pay accommodation charges for the entire duration of the programme i.e. 21 days or so.
>> The participants are advised not to leave their valuable articles/money in their room. The Academic Staff College or the concerned Department will not take any responsibility for any loss of valuable articles/money.
>> All the complaints regarding accommodation, if any, are to be lodged only with the Coordinator of the Refresher Course in writing and copy to the Director, Academic Staff College.
>> The participants are advised to enter their name(s) in the format kept with the attendant in the Academic Staff College Hostel/Faculty House as soon as they occupy the room/bed.
>> If Participant(s) do(es) not agree with the facilities provided in the Academic Staff College Hostel/Faculty House he/she is free to make his/her own arrangement outside the University Campus.
